CCIM produced and broadcast a radio program through VOD which aimed at educating the listening public about the concepts of human rights as embodied in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The radio programs are funded through CCIM's project entitled “What Are Human Rights: An Interactive Radio Discussion Series” with funding from the United Nation Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNOCHCHR) - Cambodia Office. About 27 radio episodes containing interactive discussions on the concepts and practical experience on various human rights will be aired every week for one-hour duration. The duration of the project is from December 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009.
The radio program is entitled "Life Foundation" in English but the broadcast is in Khmer language aired every 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. every Tuesday simultaneously in two radio stations of CCIM – Radio Sarika FM 106.5MHz in Phnom Penh and Radio Sarika FM 95.5MHz in Siem Reap.
