The radio drama entitled "Let's Use Natural Fertilizer" written by Im Rachny has won the first prize of the Radio Drama Contest sponsored by the Cambodian Center for Independent Media (CCIM) with fund support from the Bilateral Programme Fund of the British Embassy.  The judging and announcement of winners was held on June 11, 2009 in a Conference on Granting Reward to Write a Short Story Related to Climate Change at the Imperial Garden Village and Hotels, Phnom Penh.

Im Rachny's drama is one of the ten shorlisted radio drama script entries produced radio dramas and aired over   Radio Sarika FM 106.5 in Phnom Penh and Radio Sarika Angkor95.5 in Siem Reap, both operated by CCIM, during the radio program "Earth Talk" broadcast from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. every Wednesday and replayed during the "Green Life" program of Radio Sarika FM 106.5 from Monday to Friday 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.

During the airing of the radio dramas from April to May 2009, listeners were invited to send in their ratings for each drama through text messaging (SMS). And during the conference, the dramas were played for the conference participants to give their ratings. At the end of the conference, the ratings made by the committee in-charge of the contests, the results of the SMS ratings, and the ratings of the conference participants were computed to determine the winning entries.

The Radio Drama Contest began during the training organized by CCIM on radio drama script writing training on December 23, 2008 at the World Vision training center. The British Ambassador to Cambodia opened the training with his speech.  The trainer was Mr. Var Sambath, First Director of the Khmer Writers Association. Around 73 young participants, mostly students, joined the training. After a month, around 35 entries were submitted to the Committee on Radio Drama Contest composed of: 1) Mr. Nop Polin, Climate Change Communication Coordiantor of GERES-Cambodia; 2) Mr. Tek Vannara, Advocacy and Communication Program Manager of CEPA; Ms. Hem Vanarath, Trainer of Youth Resource DEvelopment Program (YRDP); Mr. Var Samath, First Director of Khmer Writers Assocaition; Ms. Hel Sothearth, Program and Project Officer of the British Embassy in Cambodia; and Mr. Him Yun of Khmer Youth Assocaition (KYA).
