Before the training start, a number of preparation activities were done. Announcements were made via radio, email, and phone to call for applications from journalists. The Award Committee was created to set criteria, at a meeting, for the winners of writing and publishing/airing/posting articles on freedom of expression. These criteria were set to inform the trainees during the training in order to write these articles after the training. |
